FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

+ Do you repair printers?

Unfortuntely, we do not repair printers.

+ Can we set up an appointment to have you do the repair while we wait?

Unfortunately not. Our process is that you must check your device in and work in order of when it was checked in. We do have an express fee of $75 which makes your device the next one in line.

+ Do you have classes to learn PC building?

Currently, we do not offer classes on building a PC. However, that is something we are planning on in the future.

+ How long does it take to diagnose and to repair?

Diagnostics (finding the issue) are 2 - 3 days. Repairs typically take an extra 1 - 2 days after the diagnostic. (These estimates are for most cases, however there some cases that may take faster or longer.) Some situations that take longer are:


1) Repairs that require us to special order a part and wait for shipping. (May even take up to a month, depending on manufacturer)

2) Cases that require long scans or testing.

+ Do you offer over-the-phone or online remote support?

Currently, we do not offer over-the-phone or online remote support. However, it is something that we are planning on in the future.

HOW DO I START?

  1. No appointment needed. Just drop off your device today.
  2. Pay a $29 diagnostic deposit ($50 for Macs).
  3. 1 - 6 Days to figure out the problem (most typical is 2 - 3 days, but some may take longer).
  4. We'll call you with a quote.
  5. If you approve, the $29 deposit will be credited towards the final cost.
  6. You can also decline for no additional cost.
