We work on Apple iMac and MacBook computers. Our stores accept walk-in appointments for diagnostics and drop-offs. However, we cannot guarantee that your device can be repaired while you wait. Please call your local store to request a price quote and the wait time.

Our Repair Policy
Commencement of work for repair requires a $39 non-refundable deposit. This deposit amount goes towards final cost of repair. LCD, battery, and motherboard replacements and some special order parts do not qualify for flat rates. If the problem requires a new motherboard or LCD screen, we will notify you with a quote, at which time you may approve or decline the repair.
3 Months Warranty
Our repair warranty covers two situations:
- If the same problem that you (a customer) brought the computer in for appears and the components we replaced caused it, both components and labor are free.
- If the same problem that you (a customer) brought the computer in for appears, but was not caused by the components we replaced, we will cover the labor but you will need to pay for the parts.
For other problems, customers will need to pay for both parts and labor.
*For "liquid spill" damages, even repairable, we provide a 1-week warranty.

Repair Policy
- To initiate a repair, a $29 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is deducted from the final repair cost. Please note, flat rates do not apply to LCD, battery, motherboard replacements, or special order parts. If your device necessitates a new motherboard or LCD screen, we'll provide a quote for your approval before proceeding with the repair.
3-Month Warranty
Our repair warranty addresses two scenarios:
- If the original issue reoccurs due to replaced components, both parts and labor are covered at no extra charge.
- If the original issue resurfaces but is unrelated to the replaced components, labor is covered, while parts will require payment.
For all other issues, both parts and labor costs apply.
Additional Note: For liquid spill damages, we offer a 1-week warranty, even if the damage is repairable.
