Thermal Hero GAMMA Phase Changer is an innovative phase change thermal interface material (TIM) that has been developed to enable efficient heat transfer between heat-generating components such as CPUs or GPUs and their heat sinks. GAMMA is characterized by its unique ability to transfer heat at operating from a solid to a semi-liquid state at operating conditions from 44 °C. This phase change allows the material to fill material completely fills microscopic gaps and surface irregularities which ensures optimum heat transfer and reliable cooling. Ideal for applications that require high thermal performance.
