In Store FAQ

When are you going to reopen the stores?

Our stores ARE open now! All five of our stores are providing doorway service and curbside pickup for online orders. We have also reopened our tech services benches.

As far as browsing in the stores goes, there is a lot of uncertainty right now. Our current plan is to reopen when the number of COVID-19 cases is steadily decreasing. We are closely monitoring the number of cases in each of our stores’ counties to see when it will be safe to reopen. We humbly ask for your understanding for any hiccups and inconveniences as we are experiencing the challenges of new procedures for dealing with the new way of things.

What if I want to browse for a specific product?

If there are specific products you need to see before buying, we will escort you to the specific section. However, we do ask that you pass a temperature check and wear a face mask.

Are you accepting new computer repairs?

Yes. We are starting to accept laptop and desktop computer repairs at all stores. However, to ensure the safety of our staff and to prevent spread of the virus, we will be quarantining all customer devices for 3-4 days* before starting your repair. This means that most repairs will take about 8 days to complete if all products are available.

*According to the World Health Organization (WHO), “Studies have shown that the COVID-19 virus can survive for up to 72 hours [3 days] on plastic and stainless steel, less than 4 hours on copper and less than 24 hours on cardboard.”

**We will also allow optional 4 day quarantine after we complete work on your device. You can either choose to pick-up your device when we call (less than 1 day after we complete the repair) or have us hold it and pick up your device in 3 to 4 days.

Shelter in Place Return/Exchange Policy

For the safety of our staff, customers, and community, we have added additional requirements for our return process. To start your return, you must request a return within two weeks of your purchase date through our Google Form.

Normal Return Policy applies.
CPUs and GPUs are non-refundable if opened.
Webcams, headsets, laptops, and monitors purchased during Shelter in Place are non-refundable.
