All stores are open 7 days a week now! All stores are following all county and city safety measures to be COVID-safe. Due to reduced capacity levels, there may be a slightly longer wait time than before.


Temporary Store Hours

Due to short-staffing and extra safety precautions, we will be continuing our reduced store hours until further notice. All stores are allowing Orders at the Door, Curbside Pick-up, and Shipping. All stores are allowing limited in-store browsing. Tech repair services will not be available on weekends. You will have the option to drop off or pick-up a repair, but techs will not be available on weekends.

In Store FAQ

When are you going to reopen the stores?

Our stores ARE open now! All five of our stores are providing doorway service and curbside pickup for online orders. We have also reopened our tech services benches.

We will be opening the stores on Saturdays from 11am to 5pm, starting on October 24. Tech repair services will not be available on weekends. You will have the option to drop off or pick-up a repair, but techs will not be available on weekends.

As far as browsing in the stores goes, there is a lot of uncertainty right now. Our current plan is to reopen when the number of COVID-19 cases is steadily decreasing. We are closely monitoring the number of cases in each of our stores’ counties to see when it will be safe to reopen. We humbly ask for your understanding for any hiccups and inconveniences as we are experiencing the challenges of new procedures for dealing with the new way of things.

What if I want to browse in-store?

All five stores are open for customers to browse with a staff member. We are limiting the number of parties allowed into the store at once, depending on the size of the store. We will escort you to the specific section. However, we do ask that you pass a temperature check and wear a face mask.

Are you accepting new computer repairs?

Yes. We are accepting laptop and desktop computer repairs at all stores. This means that most repairs will take about 3-10 days to complete if all parts are available. We are also offering an express fee of $50*. The express fee does not guarantee a repair date, but moves your system to the front of the line and will be the next system started.

Tech repair services will not be available on weekends. You will have the option to drop off or pick-up a repair, but techs will not be available on weekends.

*During Covid we may not be able to do express due to high volume. Please check with your store ahead of time.


Shelter in Place Return/Exchange Policy

We are not requiring the extra step of filling out our Google Form anymore. To start an Out of State return, you may request a return through the Contact Us form on our website.

Restrictions:
Normal Return Policy applies.
CPUs and GPUs are non-refundable if opened.
Webcams, headsets, laptops, and monitors purchased during Shelter in Place are non-refundable.
