Central Computers Remains Open During COVID-19 “Shelter in Place”

Pick-up and Shipping Questions

Are your stores open? All stores (EXCEPT San Francisco) are open, you can come to the front door, but not into the store. Our hours have changed. You don't need to purchase online first. You can drop in during business hours. Tell us what you want and we will give you advice, gather options for you to compare, and process the payment at the door.

Is there still Curbside Pick-up? All 5 stores offer curbside pick-up. For curbside pick-up, you must wait for a 2nd confirmation email to confirm the item has been gathered before you come to pick-up. Once you get the 2nd confirmation email you can come to our parking lot and call us to tell us you are here for curbside pick-up, and we will bring the product out to you. You can also pick-up at the front door.

Shelter in Place Return/Exchange Policy

For the safety of our staff, customers, and community, we have added additional requirements for our return process. To start your return, you must request a return within two weeks of your purchase date through our Google Form.

Restrictions:
Normal Return Policy applies.
CPUs and GPUs are non-refundable if opened.
Webcams, headsets, laptops, and monitors purchased during Shelter in Place are non-refundable.


Update 5/29/20:

Our East Bay store will be open on Monday through Friday starting on June 1st! They will be open for store pickup and curbside pickup. Thank you all for your patience.

Update 5/22/20:

We understand shopping online can be difficult, especially when you prefer to see the items in person or need an item urgently. To make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, Central Computers is now offering Store Pick-up. Here's the process:

    1. Check www.centralcomputer.com for inventory on your desired item(s).
    2. Visit one of your local stores (Store Pick-up not available at San Francisco).
    3. Walk up to the door and request to purchase your products. An employee will gather your items for you while you wait.
    4. Pay at the door with credit or debit card. We are currently not accepting cash.

For the safety of staff and customers, we are providing liquid hand sanitizer at the card reader table and will frequently disinfect the card machine to prevent the spread of the virus. For more information related to pick-up options, please visit our Pickup and Shipping webpage.
